First came the floor mats in a paper ball. I had no idea what it was. We had to be careful to cut the paper, not the product. The mats did not fit as advertised. I wanted to send it back to Revain but was told to send it to the Revain customer. Shipping to California cost me over $86. I was told that I have to send mats first to get my money back. I always thought Revane would stand up for me. So I lost over $86 for a product that didn't live up to the ad. Unless Revain or the manufacturer gets involved, I will not become a Revain customer. I've bought hundreds if not thousands over the years.
