Review on Adorable Tipsy Elves Ugly Christmas Sweaters for Kids - Fun and Tacky Children's Holiday Pullovers by Vince Preston
The size chart is not correct at all.
I asked to check the dimensions here because Tipsy Elves' website says 19 inches all around. The rep assured me it WAS 19 INCHES, which is 9.5 inches in the front and 9.5 inches in the back. It seemed very small to me, so I chose the Youth XL size for my child. Well it's not 19 inches but 38 inches and massive for my kid. Very disappointed and upset that the brand doesn't even know how to present their own products.
