Update: The seller buys reviews by getting people to buy the item and then promising a refund through PayPal after the review is posted. I had to order twice because the package got lost the first time. That never happens. Binds money. It seems to be a scam to increase the number of orders. Not fair! However, my review below is honest. It works exactly as it is said to! Holds the phone very firmly, even a large, heavy phone with a case, like my Samsung Note20. Little did I know it comes with a full case, cleaning cloth, charging cable and all. There's a neat little tool to adjust the stiffness of the phone's angle setting if needed. The tracking works quite well. I find walking up to the device and pressing a button works much better than a hand gesture. Make sure nobody is around when you start tracking to make it more reliable. If he loses sight of you, he will find you again. I had no problem with him chasing me all over the room in the big room. It handles even fast movements and is fluid. One of the great advantages of this is that you don't need a special app to use it on your phone. I have used DJI gimbals and on Android phones this lowers the quality of the camera. This way you can use the Android camera app without sacrificing the quality of the camera. Overall I think this is a great option. Not a full 5 stars because of the price. DJI OM4 at the same price but with many more features, although much more complex. I'd say since it's a lot easier it should be cheaper too. I also feel like the plastic hand holding the phone isn't as solid as it should be.
