I've never owned a posture bra but I thought I'd try it out because I have back and shoulder issues. I have pain in my right shoulder occasionally because I'm larger chested and the weight tends to pulls my entire front forwards. I wear a 36DD so this bra isn't really front supportive as much as I'd hoped but it does pull my shoulders back like it's supposed to. I will most likely mainly wear this at home or under several layers to run a quick errand. But the fabric is very thin. If you are cold and don't layer appropriately EVERYONE will know because your nip nops will be telling the world how frigid you're feeling. And I had to adjust myself several times so my girls looked supported enough in this bra, so if you're expecting a ton of boulder holder assistance this isn't the bra you are looking for. I do like the fact that it holds my armpit fat into the cup area for less mini boobs for a smoother fit!
