I really love this chair, y'all! I use it for my vanity and it's the perfect height for doing my makeup. My only complaint was that the legs were difficult to assemble because you can't see if you have everything lined up correctly, due to the cushion. I’m 5’6”, 145 lbs, 28.5 waist with a natural hourglass distribution. I ordered the small size. It fit well at first but I realized I was able to quickly size down on the rungs once I got comfortable so have returned and got XS now. I recommend sizing down because mine came with an extender piece that can add like four more rows. So it makes sense to get smaller so you can work down the extender piece and the actual trainer. The design/style is cute, but you can't expect amazon to have great quality fibers for their clothes. It's very synthetic and appears a little bit shinier than a 100% cotton sweater would. I've never owned a posture bra but I thought I'd try it out because I have back and shoulder issues. I have pain in my right shoulder occasionally because I'm larger chested and the weight tends to pulls my entire front forwards.
