Review on Pyle PCVGNL8 Shield Generator Universal by James Bartels

I ordered this generator cover with some concerns about the size as my generator is the same size or slightly smaller than the product description. I was pleased to find that it fits perfectly so the measurements given appear to be accurate for the finished cover. One of the reasons I ordered this case was that it is made of polyester which is more resistant to sunlight. However, I was disappointed by the very light weight of the fabric. Although the label says polyester, it is very shiny and looks like nylon. It serves to protect the generator from dust and accidental spills while stored in a garage or shed, but is clearly too light for outdoor storage. This is sufficient for my purposes as I keep the generator in the garage when not in use and the price is very reasonable. If you leave the generator outside, it is better to buy a more expensive and durable cover.
