Their customer service and software are amazing, they have helped us with any questions that we may ask and their support team literally picks up the phone if necessary or e-mails you within minutes of contacting them through your chat tool (which works great too). They also offer all kinds of templates so one size does NOT fit ALL of businesses needs--you can edit as many times as needed until it's just what YOU'RE looking for exactly. I honestly could not say enough fantastic things about this product/company. Not only has our experience been wonderful but our company growth continues to go forward after using CIVIL COMMENTS! The benefits far outweigh anything we had hoped for since starting. I liked the ease of use and the fact that it was easy to embed on our website. The customer service was also great. I wish there was a way to change the font size for the comment form. I would highly recommend this product. We were looking for a product that would allow our customers to leave comments on our website. The fact that it was easy to embed on our website was a bonus.
