Works well, looks good. But not an easy setup for me. Someone broke my original half blade arm. So the bolted part was still there and could not be removed without special tools, the need for which is not mentioned. I had to shop around for a while to figure out what I needed and order online (it wasn't available in stores, FYI). But once I had a special tool to keep the glass from shattering while I unscrewed the rest of the original lever, installing the new lever was a breeze.
