Brand new fuse holder defective
Loose parts cause poor voltage absorption. Completely new and defective. The main power connector is screwed and very loose. I wish I had my money back but I didn't realize the problem until after the car project was completed. Tested before installation in the car. There weren't any voltage issues as I just checked that all fuses were live.
