If you've just had cataract surgery these glasses might be just what you need. No Rx for up and just a small +1.0 for down. I recently had surgery. I wear +1.0 for reading, leaning on the middle of my nose and looking into the distance over my glasses. I find them uncomfortable because I'm used to a different method. I tried them on the bridge of my nose where they should be. I can't see the distance through the glass or without the glass. These are beautiful glasses. They are actually transitional, not bifocal. There is no +1.0 sticker on the bottom. The gray color of the lenses is also motley. If I wasn't used to surfing, I would really like these. -- I write reviews because I like to read reviews before buying or not buying. I'm not interested in what the seller has already told me about the product, I want to know what the buyer thinks is particularly good or bad. I value the opinions of others. I hope that the information I have provided will help you in your decision to buy or not to buy.
