Review on πŸ”§ Wideskall Rubber-Coated Metal Spring Clamps by Justin Malkowski

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The price is unbeatable, surprisingly strong.

I bought a pack of 30 for $0.23 for these clips to hold leather stitches while knife sheaths are saddle stitched and they are the perfect size for the job. For the price I was expecting more than a few broken or broken springs but I'm happy to report that only 5 had springs that just weren't strong enough to handle leather while the rest were surprising for their size was strong. . The 5 weaker ones have been reassigned to other shop duties and will do fine in their unintended role as stencil holders and whatnot, so honestly this is one of the best deals I've found. A word of caution, if you're lining them up on your preform, colliding with an order could cause them to fly away and hit you in the face if you're unlucky like me, so I'd advise making sure around them wear safety goggles as you should with any tool.

Pros
  • Power and Hand Tools
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
