I love these sandals for my 2 year old son. We had one with black and gray stripes last year when he was about a year old. They were a bit chunky and big for a beginner (it was a size 5 at the time) but great for strollers. , Carters and Kat and Jack. I scaled down because I knew they were big... and they're still huge! If you want them to fit perfectly you will need to go almost 2 whole sizes down. They are very well made and easy to hold by tightening the top with velcro. Unfortunately, the elastic around the heel is very long and not adjustable. She keeps slipping and eventually he walks all over her. I love the rainbow colors and the navy blue insole. He wears them in the garden and at the pool. He even learned to put them on himself! They don't leave red marks or hurt your feet (they seem to have great arch support). They are ideal if your little one has wide or stocky feet. I highly recommend them, just check their size chart or go 1-2 sizes smaller! Hope that helps! 💙
