These boots are really cute and they were cheap. Thats about all I can say about them. They have kept my feet warm but they are so clunky. The are actually hard to walk in. I have also lost my socks inside the boots, every single time I wear them. I ended up having to buy some calf high socks so that my socks will stay on in them. I don't know if I would buy them again but they have worked okay for me.Update: I’m adding a star to my review for the customer service. The company saw my review and reached out to me to try and see if there was anything they could do to improve my experience. I really appreciate companies that appreciate their customers.
