The kettle was just great! Heats up very quickly, holds 1.8 liters. compared to others that only hold 1.7 liters. and i love the blue light that illuminates the room. This went on until the lid came off and finally broke. There was a button on the top of the lid that I didn't notice. My last one had it on the handle, which worked much better. I messaged the company because they have a 1 year warranty. Next month will be a year since I bought. See what they do and I'll let you know. UPDATED: Wrote to the company and they sent me a new one. Thanks cook! 😊
