Headband works as advertised. The neoprene strap is adjustable and absorbs sweat and moisture well. The player's holster is fine, it's a little awkward to stick a fat finger in the dial to press the buttons, but I managed. Even harder when running. By leaving on-hold off, you can adjust the volume on the go, or simply turn it down if someone is actually trying to speak to you through the headphones.
