I like how quickly you can get to an answer with this product! The program itself has many different options that are easy to learn but hard to master at first (and it's not until after some time of use when things become easier). It also doesn't have as much flexibility in terms of creating new variables or categories which would be nice if they had more recent versions out there. This isn't too big of deal since we only need certain features every now and then so its good enough overall. We're using this mainly just to run basic statistics tests over our survey results; however, once again, all of those stats come pretty fast and easily compared to other programs (but this one does have faster turnaround times!).
