I use them to cut fruit! I like that the cutters are deep enough for larger pieces of fruit and the plastic rim keeps your fingers off the metal, yet removes easily enough for a thorough cleaning. Some shapes tend to be more durable than others, but they all seemed to hold up fairly well with minimal flex. None of them turned out to be deformed after my use. There are a variety of shapes, which makes things interesting. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.
