Literally on first use, the zipper got stuck in the lining and wouldn't open. When I was at the checkout trying to buy something, there was a line of people waiting behind me. While it's cute and overall durable due to the canvas construction, the thin lining is a major issue. To get out of the store gracefully I just had to rip out the stuck lining, so now there's a hole in it that's even more prone to getting stuck in the zipper. I can fix it but it's annoying to have to lug around the sewing machine and in general I wish I'd bought the best design first.
