Works great for getting quick messages sent and received

I like that this software allows me as an agent, or customer service rep., access right from my computer without having too many devices in front of it! This really helps when you are away at work but still want your calls answered immediately if they come through while out there. Nothing so far; everything works well enough though we have not had any issues yet (except maybe more training). We use our call center services mainly during business hours only - which means most people do answer them via email instead because its easier than trying to pick up another device/phone line just to get someone's voicemail message back over chat again later after working all day long already!!
