Great Platform At A Very Reasonable Price

The ease of use, how clear it was when setting up accounts/invoices etc., all very simple! It's also great that everything can be done through an app instead (as opposed as having calls dropped because some people don't answer phones). I have had few issues but quickly resolved via Support Team or in chats - would not say they are major problems though just minor hiccups along way!! Works great for getting quick messages sent and received

I like that this software allows me as an agent, or customer service rep., access right from my computer without having too many devices in front of it! This really helps when you are away at work but still want your calls answered immediately if they come through while out there. Nothing so far; everything works well enough though we have not had any issues yet (except maybe more training). We use our call center services mainly during business hours only - which means most people do answer…

An excellent option for virtual contact centers and field services

I love that we can use our own voice instead of using automated systems or having employees call out numbers! It takes some getting used too, but it's so worth all your time spent learning how everything works from IVR menus through calling inbound contacts vs being able to see who answers calls directly off caller ID as well!!
