Great Platform At A Very Reasonable Price

The ease of use, how clear it was when setting up accounts/invoices etc., all very simple! It's also great that everything can be done through an app instead (as opposed as having calls dropped because some people don't answer phones). I have had few issues but quickly resolved via Support Team or in chats - would not say they are major problems though just minor hiccups along way!! Good Communication platform if you want your business conversations recorded so easy access from anywhere at any time makes this excellent tool - no need even needing land line number! It's easy to use, has all of the basic features you need, and it integrates well with other products. I've been using it for about a year now, so I can't really think of anything that I dislike. There are many different plans available, depending on your needs. We needed something flexible enough to handle multiple users while still being cheap. The pricing structure allows us to do that without feeling like we're overpaying. We have used it for internal communications as well as for customer service.
