It didn't leak, slide on the seat, or leave marks. The seat stayed on the bike all night so it was a bit chilly in the morning but not for long. Also, my butt didn't sweat, so I think the ridges between the pockets helped. I traveled from Chicago to Southwest Florida on a weekday weekend and this seat saved my ass and hips. I didn't have the usual pain that comes with driving 2 hours or more. This is a good product and definitely worth it for long trips. I will use it again. For reference, I weigh about 6ft 200lbs.
