It is better than the picture. I bought this for the holidays so I can have a small and light bag with separate compartments. It lasts longer than expected and I finally found a small pouch that fits the epi pen. I like the vertical pocket on the back because I like to have my ticket and driver's license handy and separate from everything else before going through TSA. The strap is easily adjustable and long enough to cross your body. The straps are sewn to the bag very tightly, which is very important for security. The zippers are also of good quality. I cannot be happier with this purchase.
