I wanted a macro pad, but I didn't want to spend more than $100 on something that might not be interesting or useful later. I was willing to take an L for this thing if it didn't work since the price was so low. I didn't really trust the manufacturer's software and ended up using Karabiner Elements (if you don't use a Mac, there are other options for you on PC like AutoHotkey) and mapped keys 1, 2 and 3 to play. Pause, left arrow and right arrow. Now that's a killer little multimedia keyboard. i love this thing My only regret is that I didn't purchase their 6 button version. I want to add volume and/or brightness controls.
