I bought this a month ago for my daughter's birthday. I chose them based on reviews and price. My daughter is very active and loves to dance a lot while listening to her music. One of the problems we often have with headphones is that the wires in them get shorted out because they're moving a lot. Based on the design of the annual bonds, I felt this would eliminate any issues that would arise based on activity levels. We received the item, it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We had very few issues connecting the headphones to their electronic devices. However, after less than a month of use, we found that the earbuds are very brittle and the materials don't hold up well. When I took off one of the headphones, it slipped out of my daughter's fingers and fell to the floor. This caused the headphones to fall apart. And a small air tear in the plastic housing. The headphones still work, so with a tiny bit of tape, everything seems fine. A few weeks later, she accidentally dropped the second earbud, resulting in very similar damage, only this time it was worse and rendered the earbud unusable. This item was advertised as run safe and sweat resistant so I assumed it would be a lot less fragile. We purchased a protection plan through Square Trade to cover the item, however this protection plan does not cover physical damage. Now we are down to $60 and very disappointed. If you're looking for something that gives you cable freedom and you're active or prone to dropping small objects, I recommend buying something more reliable and not wasting your money on these headphones. Advantages: • Very good battery life. • Comfortable fit. .• Very good sound quality. Disadvantages: • Very fragile. • Poor material quality (plastic housing). Overall I am very disappointed with this purchase.
