Worst purchase ever, don't make the same mistake.

2 days after the purchase, I discovered that the plate of one of the contacts broke off from the left earpiece.
Now I don't know what to do. Apparently, you will have to contact the SC and it’s not a fact that they will change.

Pros: Everything is very cool! Everything came very quickly, the headphones work great and there are no problems. The sound is great! Different cons: There is poisonousness, drying JBL, but I would not say that it is bad
