Pigeon products are great for my kids with eczema. I have tried so many different brands including brands that are considered all natural but have found this to be the best for my kids. My eldest had a more severe form, although his eczema grade was still classified as mild by the pediatrician. It's outgrown most of it but comes back in the summer and winter months, but it's best at gently retaining moisture. Also it is both a shampoo and shower gel which helps keep costs down but I feel there should be more product for the amount I am paying which is why I deducted 1 star. My kids are 7 and 2 now and I've been using it since they were babies.
