I am truly amazed at how well this product works. However, there is a downside: if you have color in your hair, even strands, it will be stripped / discolored at the root. That's why I gave four stars instead of five. But the benefits for me far outweigh the bleaching part. Due to the drastic weight loss I've lost about 30% of my hair - my hair hasn't grown back yet so I'm patient with this part of the shampoo but with the volumizing properties you would never know I had hair loss - my hair is thicker than before - they are soft - this combination smells great - they are not greasy after 12 hours! This has always been a problem for my oily scalp and I was worried that the moisturizing part of the shampoo would make things worse, but it actually made things better - it doesn't get greasy until two days after I wash it. Absolutely unbelievable. If you don't care about hair color, I give this my highest recommendation.
