This rocking chair looks great, fits in the small space we put it in and is comfortable to sit in. However, the rocking is a big disappointment! It "bounces" every time it swings, as if there's a bump somewhere it has to climb over. It has already been assembled, so we will not return. Too bad I didn't "personally" buy one so I could try it first. UPDATE: We recently put a little rug under our rocker and it made a world of difference. Now the vibration is softer. Sure, the mat lets the swing "run" after a few minutes of rocking, but I'm just glad I can swing comfortably.
