Weak at both ends of bracket, seemingly unable to handle its own power

thought maybe I did something I attached this end, it was too weak, paste added inner piece of tubing and an outer piece and screwed them to the clamped original end.Works fine except now the bottom motor ports are fully pulled out so I have to make a new bracket to slide the motor into the bottom port.Yes.I have two other brands with which I have had no problems at all The motor and propeller are strong but the attachments do not seem to be able to withstand the rated loads or even less.
