Pleased to work together and integrate our software solutions into their product
I like how it integrates with Salesforce, which allows us access from anywhere! It's easy for my team of sales reps using this tool as well (it does sync in real time).
The interface could be improved if we had more options when adding new users or accounts - but overall very pleased so far!! A great solution providing all you need within one platform/tool-set including CRM integration & PSA reporting capabilities via API integrations too:-) Very happy working here at Connexus Technology Solutions Ltd.- Great support staff who are always helpful regardless what issues arise over any given day / week etc.;-).
