I bought this camera in 2015 as a Christmas present for my 5 year old daughter. She used it for several months, but the quality of the images was poor. I found that by default the camera would turn the flash off every time the camera was turned on, which would have been fine with me, but my daughter wouldn't be reminded to turn on the flash every time she used the camera. It was too late to contact Revain so I contacted Bell & Howell support. They confirmed it was a defective camera and sent it back and they will fix or replace it. I sent the camera back in March 2016. A few months later I received a call asking what the problem was (although I explained it in a note). After many phone calls, I finally received a replacement camera in September 2017. 18 months after I sent it back. When I turned on the interchangeable camera, the flash also defaulted to off, but I was told that when I turned on the camera, that option should default to this option once I toggled to flash. Unfortunately, when you press the flash button, the second camera only shows "force flash off" with no options to change the flash mode. I called but couldn't contact support anymore, but now I'm stuck with a camera that's actually worse than the first one I got.
