We like the product though we felt it was a quite pricey (brought two) and was totally upset when the price indicated one amount but we were ultimately charged another higher amount. The discounted price of $52 each was reflected in our cart and throughout the checkout process but once we hit Place Order the price charged was the regular price. After spending over 2 hours on the phone and talking to 3 different representatives nothing changed - really no help at all. We eventually got an email explaining "only" the different types of sales. At this time, we would not have brought this product at the $72.49 regular price. Honestly, it makes it hard to enjoy the product. Very dissatisfied with that aspect of it. Don't feel it was worth $72.49 each. Colors (blue and grey) and feel of products are okay but the removal head rests are somewhat unstable. Pillow Fits my 6'2" husband's shoulders which we wanted. Arrived in timely manner.
