I like that it is easy to use and navigate through. It is very customizable. The customer support is not as good as other companies out there, but they are still pretty responsive. I do not have any dislikes about this product. If you need a reliable system for your company, then this is the one for you. We solved many problems with this software. Our customers were able to get all the information they needed in order to make decisions regarding their vehicles. This allowed us to streamline our work, which ultimately saved time and money.
