Update 11/13/19: The seller sent me a new unit for free even after I sent the first one back. This was exactly the same as the original apart from a very small cosmetic difference in the case. It matches the ht3550 perfectly, but it has a weird strobe effect that makes it impossible to see. That's how it was with the first block until I put the bulb in my own case. Thanks to the seller for trying to fix the problem but so far it's been a waste of time. First review: the case didn't fit the ht3050. I took the bulb out of the case and put it in the original case and it works fine. Only slightly brighter than my original lamp which came with the projector at 1500 hours.
