I was surprised at how compact this chair was, when it arrived in the box it was easy to assemble. Please note that the legs are metal and not wood. Visually, you'll never know just by looking at it. The chair is pretty solid when assembled. I like its aesthetic value. I bought it as an office chair. I would recommend using it more for a dining room or as an accent chair. It can get a little uncomfortable if you're sitting for very long periods (8 hours or so), but I wouldn't want most others to use it the way I do. Overall, I would recommend this chair as an accent.
