It is easy to use for any person in sales or support team. The most impressive thing which i love about this software is that it will sync with Salesforce so it makes me very easy to deal with customer information while at office also with online chat option available which help my work become easier. There are no particular dislike which I can mention but what I like about regate effective suite is their 24/7 live support service which really helped when we were facing some issues during our daily usage. If you have not used regate please give it try because it's amazing product. Easy to learn and navigate through dashboard. It syncs well within sales force community as well as in external systems such as google drive, drop box etc. The best part is that it has an in-built tool for Sales force automation which makes life easier when compared with any third party application. It also integrates well with our ERP system. I would like more features but nothing much as yet. Overall its good so far. We are using this software mainly for DSD management and tracking purposes.
