I really like this headgear because it's light and helps me not to "breathe" the mask. The way cloth or paper masks are kept off my lips makes wearing the mask a little less claustrophobic and more comfortable. Using it doesn't completely prevent my glasses from fogging up, but it helps a little. I was concerned that this mount would feel uncomfortable or awkward in the mask. would change positions. or distort the fit of the mask; however, none of this happened. I don't anchor my mount to the mask at all - it stays in place without me having to. The plastic is smooth and does not rub. Friends have asked me if that contributes to "maskne" and I don't think so. During the day I sometimes take off my braces, wash them and put them right back on.
