I've been using this for nearly two years now, it has saved me from accidental deletion of files in my dropbox folder many times over (I have several computers). It runs smoothly without any errors or crashes during use so far as well. There is no real downside to anything that keeps us away form other options like Mozy when considering cost/performance aspects at least while we're still testing things out before making our final decision about which service will best suit what needs. We are working remotely but can't always be up-to date regarding new features within their system due to time constraints thus backups help by providing peace of mind knowing you'll get back into work quickly if needed.
