Bought this to keep all my Janome bobbins in one place. I was so disappointed that the insert where the coils are inserted is nothing but soft foam rubber. When I insert Janome coils into the foam slots, I have to push the foam aside to insert the coils. It's not easy or convenient at all. My other spool holders have heavy slots and I was wrong in thinking it would be similar. The outer case is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The problem is that inserting and removing the coil takes a lot longer than it should. This may work better for smaller coils, but was advertised as suitable for Janome coils.
