Not as easy to use as expected

I bought it because the blade is fixed with screws. This is a replacement for an old scraper with a blade that simply fits into a plastic handle. When used with a heat gun, the blade would sometimes pull out of the handle and get stuck in the hot paint. However, it was too wide for me to withstand even pressure. I couldn't scrape the paint evenly across the blade. One end may slip or protrude beyond the paint into the wood. This design but the blade is an inch shorter and I would buy more than one.
