The tightening system for the chair to the width of table can take some time to secure it all of the way (or to release it from the table when leaving) ensuring that it is safe, but it works great once secured! Be sure to check that your table has enough uninterrupted space (it works with table lips) underneath the surface for the highchair to slide all the way into place for secure tightness.
