The customer support team is quick to respond and very helpful! They are always willing to help you out with any question or concern that you might have, even if it's after hours.

I do not like how they charge extra for services such as backup and monitoring. It can be tricky at first to know what features you need and which ones you don't but once you figure it out, there isn't much to dislike about their service. I needed a website for my business and they were able to get me up and running in less than 24 hours.
