Although this device is said to support BT 5 technology, it's hard to prove. And made in China, we can be sure of that. I compare it to the Plantronics PLT-M70 that I used before I got my last Apple phone. Plantronics M70 and M55 are apparently not 100% compatible with my Iphone SE 2nd Edition. And neither for one nor for the other there is no firmware. However, on this device, the main button requires a lot of pressure to work. The volume up/down buttons are very small and don't protrude beyond the edges, so they can be used quickly. The maximum volume is too low. I might send it back if I find a better pad. I believe those who designed and manufactured it should not use it. I have been authorized to return this item. Static noise when listening to someone is just ridiculous
