The relay clicked and its indicator lit, but the NO connections did not close. Troubleshooting showed that the problem was in the outlet. Its screws were not connected to the pins of the actually closed relay. A simple factory quality control could easily sort out a defective part. On the contrary, the end user is the one who suffers frustration and delays when receiving a working product.
