Clasp broken: shoulder bags
Bought as a gift for my daughter in college. She really liked it but the clasp broke on the first day of use. I haven't seen it myself so I don't know exactly what happened but she connected 2 straps together to make it work. I suggest she returns it but she really liked it and decided to keep it.
