Great Price and Fast Delivery!

I haven't used this yet but bought it for my generator to use during a power outage. It arrived quickly and appears to be very strong and durable. It arrived just as the listing describes and overall the price was the best I found compared to other 100ft extension cords!

  • Well made plug and receptacle very durable. Can handle 30 amp without any problem

  • The cord is cumbersome and heavy to handle

Works great! on my review.

I had originally purchased a 40 ft cord from Home Depot and it worked well but just wasn't long enough to be connected into the generator outlet that I installed at the side of my house. I needed to run a line from the side of my house to the back where the generator will be located, so I needed a longer 30 am Gen Extension cord. Perfect extension cable from my generator to my home transfer switch

This cable reaches 40 feet to my home transfer switch. I keep it stored on the end of the barbecue when it’s not in use. It’s heavy duty and well worth the money. Not to mention the peace of mind that I have electricity when I need it.

  • The cord may not fit in all storage compartments on an RV

Using cord to connect generator to house during an outage.

Recommended by my electrician. Had all requirements that he needed other than the male end of the cord. He had to cut off and replace with prong placement that corresponded to my generator's

Nice looking product. (Have not used with power applied yet.)

Oddly the L14-30 extension cable came with an "unusual” adapter; a L14-30 (four prong 220v) receptacle with a (three prong 125v) L5-30 plug! The two 125v legs in the 220v receptacle are tied together internally. Strange and potentially hazardous arrangement. I know most generators wouldn’t like their two 120v (220v) windings w/ separate neutral & ground tied together!

Great for My Portable Generator

Just had a portable generator transfer switch installed on my house. Purchased this generator extension cord for this setup. Cord is heavy duty with great connectors. It is heavy, but that is expected for a 100' outdoor extension cord. The electricians who did the transfer switch install said it is a great cord. They do not expect any degradation of power with such a long cord. It came with a nice carrying connector and storage bag.

Used this product for generator hookup to house. Came with male/female adaptor $20+ value and a cute storage bag for the RV crowd.

Soft jacketing, quality cable

I was a little hesitant at first given how inexpensive this cable was. But it really does do exactly what it's supposed to do. I've used it to power my entire home from my generator. I did a 10 or so minute load test with several window AC units running, a microwave, a hair dryer, etc. This cable wasn't even remotely warm to the touch, so there's no doubt in my mind it can handle the rated current. The jacketing is also soft and flexible, and is easy to roll up for storage.

Good Quality Cable on my review.

This appears to be a quality cable. It’s the only 75 ft one on ebay so it stretches from my fuse box to my generator. It also comes with a strap and a bag for storage and for carrying, so I’m happy. Now here’s to hoping the power doesn’t go out again so I won’t actually need it.

Good generator cord

Good cord for the $$. ebay had me rate it for value, sturdiness and warmth? I guess it made me warm when I plugged my generator into my power panel. LOL. Warmth - 5 stars!
