This product has had much less use and I have returned it. My voice was described as dull. The speaker on my end was distorted and the audio was buzzing. I tried turning the device on its side to make the speaker cleaner, it got a little better, but my voice to the listeners got worse. While this far exceeded using a cellphone as a speakerphone, it wasn't enough to justify this average price point - IMHO. The controls were crisp but responsive. I had to touch for a full second to mute the sound and two seconds to end the call. No visual feedback when using the volume controls up and down.
