Review on Tork X Pro Motorcycle Speakers Control by Julius Lito

INCREDIBLE SOUND good for helmet communication

Like most people I don't write many reviews unless the product is really good or really bad. These speakers are not very good. You are impressive. I'm a tough nut. I have a number of SENA SMH10 helmet intercoms that work well but offer mediocre sound quality for music. I really wanted something more like the sound produced by good over-ear headphones. Shouldn't a motorcycle helmet be the perfect acoustic chamber? I first tried them with the SENA A0303 headphone adapter to hear them. The placement of these speakers is really important and on many helmets the pockets that house the speakers are just not in the right place in relation to my ears. But with a little experimentation I got them in the right places. As I said, impressive sound - deep bass and huge volume. These speakers come with a standard 3.5mm audio jack, but I wanted to hack the standard SENA helmet mount by wiring these speakers in place of the standard speakers that came with the box. SINA. With good lighting, a tiny Phillips screwdriver and careful soldering, my project turned out to be perfect. I cut the wire that came with these speakers and stripped off the insulation. The wires in speaker cable are incredibly thin and reinforced with nylon (good to know). After soldering and adding silicone sealant everything works and sounds great.
