Pros: You get four sets of thumb grips that go together perfectly, I would even say they are more profitable and basically the same idea as control freaks or something. The skin pack fits better than some of the other reviews. Cons: The color of the item is a bit dull compared to the pictures. I think the images got a marketing boost. Although the color is acceptable. It could also just be my eyes because the picture I added looks good. Opinion: I personally only bought this for the grips, as far as leather goes I prefer the feel of a real Elite Series 2 controller over the feel of cheap rubber. But the thumb grips alone cost $20 in my opinion. Skin film is fine if you just play sloppy. I'll probably just move it to a second wireless controller.
